A police officer was conducting an investigation on a employees complaint about Patient A and his wife becoming loud and may possibly becoming violent. The ER RN stated to the police officer that the ER staff have had this kind of disturbance with Patient A and his wife in the past and printed off his medical notes reflecting this without authorization.
