It was reported to the privacy officer that a nurse has gone to a lawyer and has disclosed information regarding a patient that she has taken care of. The nurse was approached to do a Peer Review Response. It was explained to the nurse that this is not punitive, but the nurse got nervous and went to her lawyer. (English)
