A dishonest employee and his cousin pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to disclose individuals health information, access device fraud, wrongful disclosure of health information, and aggravated identity theft. The men are accused of stealing the names and Social Security numbers of patients to file fraudulent income tax returns between September of 2012 and April of 2013. (English)
