Definition
Financial Capability, in the context of Personal Finance is the ability of applying appropriate financial knowledge, exhibiting informed financial behaviors towards and having self-empowering motivation and attitudes towards achieving financial goals and enhancing Financial Wellbeing
Enhancing financial capabilities is the aspiration of promoting Financial Literacy. Like more general knowledge and behavioral aspects these objectives can be enhanced with various forms of Financial Education
