    Two men face charges of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft after being indicted for attaching skimming devices to ATMs in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Wisconsin. At least nine other people are believed to have participated in the bank fraud scheme. Over 6,000 J.P. Morgan Chase and Capital One bank accounts were defrauded for over $3 million. (English)
